Biography

​

Tomas Lagunavicius is a multi-disciplinary, mixed-media artist based in Lithuania, Kaunas. His creative work includes visual and performing arts and dates back to 2009. The artist says that art is his manifestation of the vision of the world. His works capture and express moments of daily life, emotions and a multi-layered personality. Different mediums allow the artist to express different ideas and perceptions to life. Tomas is also a member of various art associations and has organized over 15 personal exhibitions.

Artist’s statement

“In my works I want to capture and express moments of daily life, emotions and a multi-layered personality. Different mediums allow me to express different ideas and each day brings me new perceptions to life which can be seen in my works. They are diverse; each of them carries a specific emotion, idea or concept. I am extremely interested in philosophy and human nature.“
